2. Regulations
A.All Junkyard Tenant Participants Are Required to Use a Trolley for Loading and Mobilization Needs at Each Tenant.
B.Willing to Pay the Initial Registration Fee (Deposit) of IDR 1,000,000, Which Will Be Deducted from the Booth Rental Fee. The Deposit Will Be Forfeited if Participation in the Custom War 2025 Event Is Canceled.
C.The Registered Business/Outlet/Shop Name Cannot Be Changed Until the Event Ends.
D.Only One Business Name May Be Used for 1 Junkyard Booth.
E.Must Have a Business Location/Outlet/Shop and Be Active on Social Media (Instagram), with the Profile Attached.
F.Tenants are not permitted to sell any type of alcoholic beverages (beer, international brands, etc.) except at booths specifically designated for alcoholic beverages.
G.If a Tenant Violates Regulation Point 6, the Custom War Organizers Will Impose the Following Sanctions:
- Tenant Electricity Will Be Turned Off During the Event.
- Blacklisted from the Custom War Event
H.Electricity Is Limited to 900 Watts. Additional Requirements Will Incur a Fee of IDR 600,000 per 1,000 Watts During the Event.
I.Junkyard Tenants Who Pass Will Be Notified via Email/WhatsApp Number Registered and Added to the CUSTOM WAR 2025 Junkyard Tenant Group.
J.All Decisions by the CUSTOM WAR 2025 Organizers Are Final and Cannot Be Contested.
K.Transaction System for Buying and Selling (Will Be Further Informed by the Custom War 2025 Organizers).
